Deputy Prime Minister Ademi Meets EU Ambassador Zbogar

Deputy PM for European Affairs Arbr Ademi met Thursday with the EU Ambassador Samuel Zbogar and discussed several topics of Macedonia’s European agenda. At the meeting Ademi briefly referred to the political situation in Macedonia and welcomed the EU’s efforts in finding a way out of the crisis, Deputy PM Cabinet’s press release reads.

The latest visits of EU high officials to the country are proof for efforts and support by the European Union for Macedonia and its Euro-Atlantic orientation, press release reads.

Ademi underlined the importance of continuation of regular activities related to the implementation of Stabilization and Association Agreement and projects under the IPA program even in conditions of prolonged internal crisis.

He reiterated that the Republic of Macedonia remains committed to strategic goal for EU membership because it is the desire and interest of all citizens, adding that the political leaders are obliged to work on achieving these strategic priorities and to follow the will of the majority of citizens.
